Established in 2009, we are a family-run business, based near Stansted Airport, providing catering services to functions and events throughout Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridge and London.
We use the finest locally-sourced produce, and are proud to bring our customers the best of British cuisine at an affordable price.
From hog roasts & barbecues, to cream teas or canapes, we provide a variety of catering options, all of which can be tailored to your unique requirements. Weddings are some of the most popular events we cater for, but we can also provide our services to a variety of other occasions, both formal and informal.
Mike Berry – Head Chef
GB Event Catering started in 2009 with Head Chef Mike Berry providing a wealth of creative experiences catering for exclusive corporate and private functions.
Mike started his career in event and wedding catering over 13 years ago and has acquired a huge knowledge of what it takes to provide catering in high pressure environments and to deliver for his clients. Please see below some of the clients which trust GB Event Catering.
Alongside GB Event Catering, Mike also established The English Hog Roast Company and has been delivering and combining the two different catering styles for events. This enables Mike to provide flexibility to be able to cater various client’s needs whether they be formal, informal or completely bespoke.
